SUMMARY:Couch To Cross
DESCRIPTION:Join us September 3rd at Jeffco Fairgrounds for the first CX race of the season. Get off the couch\, wipe off the cobwebs\, open up the legs\, and get ready for another challenging season of Cross! \nIn an effort to try to pick up from our beloved Back to Basics (B2B)\, we are kicking off Couch to Cross (C2C). In 2025\, we will only have one race mostly because we came into the game late. But we would like to explore this for a bigger series in 2026. We hope you can all make it. \n

SUMMARY:Cross of the North
DESCRIPTION:Get ready for fast\, technical racing\, epic course features\, and an unbeatable community vibe. Whether you’re a seasoned racer or new to the sport\, Cross of the North delivers an unforgettable cyclocross experience with top-tier competition\, rowdy crowds\, and a festival atmosphere. Mark your calendar\, grab your gear\, and get ready to race\, cheer\, and celebrate with us! \nJoin us for our 14th race hosted at New Belgium Brewing Company in Fort Collins\, CO \nNovember 1 & 2\, 2025 \nIn late 2011\, the First City Cycling Team management decided it was time to lead by example and contribute to the local racing scene by hosting a bicycle race.  What could possibly go wrong?  How about a snowstorm dumping 2 FEET of Colorado powder just days before the event!  Not to worry\, the local cycling community rallied to plow and shovel the entire 12 acre race course to offer one of the muddiest races anyone from Colorado has ever seen. \nCross of the North has been held every year since 2011. We found our current home at New Belgium Brewing in 2017.
