DESCRIPTION:THE BEAR – AN ICONIC SPRING MTB KICKOFF\nRattler Racing is excited to be hosting one of Colorado’s original XC races.  Come join us on April 5\, 2025 for a classic front range mountain bike race. The approximate 10 mile loop will have plenty of tough short climbs\, killer single track\, quick descents and plenty of meandering through Bear Creek Lake Park to keep things interesting. This is the perfect way to test your legs after the winter training season. \nBear Creek Lake Park has supported Rattler events for 8 years and we’re always excited to partner with them. They have developed and maintained excellent trails in the park that we all benefit from. We will keep you posted on volunteer opportunities so we can all contribute to the land we love! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPARK ENTRY: Your entry fee into The Bear covers your access into Bear Creek Lake Park. When you pull up to the gate\, please let them know in the nicest of ways that you are there for the mountain bike race\, and they will kindly let you in. They will be busy so please study the map and directions below for directions to the venue. We will have signs on the roads as well. You are heading to Pelican Point. \n\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n\n\n\nAmazing XC loop right in Colorado’s front range and central to the Denver Metro area. This 10+ mile course will challenge you with 800 feet vertical per lap. DESCRIPTION:Come join us at the Royal Gorge Six and Twelve\, just outside of Cañon City\, CO! This 6-12 hour endurance event is held at the beautiful Royal Gorge Park. Ride as a solo\, duo\, or team to complete the most laps in 6 or 12 hours while hanging out in a gorgeous\, family friendly venue. This is currently Zia Rides only event ever in CO\, and we hit the jackpot using Cañon City as a host. \nThe Royal Gorge Six & Twelve is arguably the most beautiful course on the Zia Rides calendar with views\, views and more views. On one side\, you look out over the fruited Great Plains of America. On another side\, you have fantastic views of the Royal Gorge and all the way down to the Arkansas River below. And don’t forget the snow capped 14ers in every other direction from the venue. To say the spot is pretty is an understatement. \nRiders can choose from either a 6 hour or 12 hour option and compete as a solo\, duo\, or team. The course is an intermediate 10 mile. loop of fun and fast singletrack that alternates between old school rocky singletrack and flowly machine built dips and curves. It is a true mountain bikers course with plenty of variation and views to enjoy. Did we mention that Cañon City has a professional trail builder who adds new trails and keeps the current ones in tip top shape? All of this is to say that you and your crew are going to get in some killer riding. \nTo top things off\, Cañon City is a little hidden gem on the front range. In addition to having a lovely downtown\, there’s tons of fun stuff to do and other great riding in the area with spots like Royal Gorge Bridge just minutes away. Bring your crew and camp for the whole weekend at the Royal Gorge East Ridge Campground\, or just come for the race and take in beautiful views of snow-capped peaks. DESCRIPTION:We are excited to bring a new event to the Colorado Front Range. The Thunder Valley Short Track Series starts this coming June. We will be hosting 3 short track races at the Thunder Valley moto track on C470/I70 area. Races will be on Tuesday nights June 10\, June 24 and July 8. As you can expect\, you will be treated to an amazing race scene\, exciting atmosphere\, professional timing\, super fun terrain\, a volunteer group that is second to none\, and of course\, support from our sponsors. This is seriously a good time for the whole family and a great way to spend a summer evening.

SUMMARY:The Alma Foundation Race in the Clouds Dirt Festival
DESCRIPTION:Get ready for a day of exciting outdoor activities at 10\,600 feet in beautiful Alma\, Colorado! \nOur dirt festival has something for everyone: mountain bike racing\, trail running\, a free kids’ bike race\, an OFF-Road Duathlon (Run + Bike) and camping in a stunning meadow surrounded by 14\,000-foot mountain peaks. \nWhat are the courses like?? \nWell.. the courses feature a mix of single-track\, forest service roads\, and graded county roads. Each loop includes two big climbs and fun\, fast descents. We are working to add even more single-track in 2025 so the course is currently a work in progress. We will have the final course along with GPX files by March\, 2025. NOTE: The 5K Fun Run and Doggie Dash is being moved to the following weekend during the Festival in the Clouds. \nWhat to expect? \nExpect that we will take you back to your “grassroots” with our “weird” little race. Expect awesome awards\, homemade post-race food\, and beer from our sponsor\, High Side Brewing! Expect a community excited to host you and expect that with a higher altitude\, you will have less air! \nCamping! Yep some of the best in Colorado \nWe encourage you to camp for the weekend. We’ve moved the start and finish line to a beautiful meadow just half a mile from town and the Town of Alma has agreed to let us camp there! Imagine waking up race morning at the start line and watching the sunset over the finish line  – you’ll be at the heart of the action when you camp. Race on Saturday\, then spend Sunday exploring the area. Camping officially opens on Friday\, but if you’d like to arrive earlier\, just let us know\, and we’ll provide you with a camping pass. Athletes can get discounted camping (50% off) with their race entry. NOTE: This is dispersed camping. We will have porta potties and trash containers on site (and we will try and provide some water but please bring everything you may need to be comfy\, happy campers!

DESCRIPTION:The Laramie Range Enduro originated in 1998\, starting in historic Downtown Laramie\, Wyoming. At that time\, the race began with a police escort through town before climbing 1300 feet out of the Laramie valley and into the stunning landscape that graces our backyard to the east – the Pole Mountain Trail System. Over the years this race has transformed to maintain a traditional approach to a cross country race\, while adapting with the evolution of cross country culture. Our first change occurred when the title was changed to the Laramie Enduro. Former Laramie Enduro Board President\, Rich Vincent took over the helm and the race became one of SE Wyoming’s premier cycling events. Eventually\, the Laramie Enduro evolved again into the Laramie Enduro Epic. In that same evolutionary spirit and continuing commitment to a high quality\, fun cross country mountain bike event\, today we are proud to represent ourselves as the Laramie Range Epic. \nThe race crew is excited to bring you the same excellence and professionalism you have come to expect when racing near Laradise\, the home of the Laramie Range Epic. \n2025 Race Day Information \n\n\n\n\nThe 2025 race will be held on Saturday July 26th. \nRegistration will open January 1st – Celebrate the New Year by signing up early!
