Lexy Rose is the owner and operator of StretchWorks LLC, offering guided foam rolling, meditation and breath-work, mobility based strength training, and fascial stretch therapy throughout the metro-Denver. These methods are essential components to a well rounded fitness routine, and a holistic approach to enhancing physical recovery by minimizing the negative symptoms that result from intense cardiovascular training.
