About Us: We are a Fort Collins/Northern Colorado-based nonprofit bicycle advocacy and bicycle education organization dedicated to advancing bicycling and other active modes of transportation.
Our Mission: Bike Fort Collins’ mission is to increase participation in active transportation and advance bicycle culture and policy changes, creating safer streets and communities, while also creating an inclusive and empowering culture for all bicyclists, regardless of ability or identity. Put most simply: More Bikes. Safe Streets.
Vision: Bike Fort Collins’ vision is for Fort Collins to be the Amsterdam of the U.S. when it comes to bicycling. We envision a day when we have comparable bicycle participation and an equivalent bicycle culture.
Equity & Inclusion: Bike Fort Collins is dedicated to ensuring More Bikes. Safe Streets. for everyone who lives, works or plays in the Fort Collins region, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, socio-economic status or any other identity or background. With intention, Bike Fort Collins works to foster an inclusive community perspective to further promote bicycle friendliness.
