Tom Danielson is a former Tour De France Cyclist, author, entrepreneur, cycling coach and the founder and CEO of Cinch Cycling INC. After racing his bike professionally for 15 years, Tom has taken the knowledge he garnered at racing cycling’s highest level and developed a strategic process for thousands of working professionals.

Tom created the FORM Performance Method to show cyclists set-by-step how to transform their cycling from an amateur to Tour De France level, all within the scope of their current fitness, time, and resource constraints. His Four Pillar system is showing up each day with a strategic mindset, fitness, effective execution, and optimal nutrition. The FORM Performance Method goes beyond the bike, setting them up on the trajectory to transformational success in their interpersonal relationships and professional careers.

Tom is changing the sport of cycling entirely with state-of-the-art training techniques that focus on glorifying the process and community rather than race results. Tom’s athletes range from beginner cyclists to Elite Riders competing on the top of the sport.

His racing accolades include an 8th general classification finish and a stage win in the Tour De France, two-time winner Tour of Utah, Tour of Georgia winner, stage Winner in the Vuelta Espana’, along with multiple top 10 general classification finishes in Grand Tours. He is also the record holder on Mt. Washington and Mt Evans.
